Student + Teacher Spotlight: Strengthening the Experiences of English Language Learners

The event will feature a presentation from the Education Law Center about the rights of English Learners as well as what is legally required of English as a Second Language programs. It will also include a panel of former students, teachers, and education advocates who’ll discuss what ESL students and teachers experience in schools firsthand. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided by Istanbul Sofra.
