By filling out the form, you will be registered for the random drawing 
for one early-bird conference fee. <b>You have until July 12 at 11:59 pm 
EST to enter the drawing.</b> The winner will be notified on July 13, 2019 
and expected to register by July 15, 2019. <i>By entering the drawing, you 
agree that you will register for the conference by July 15, 2109, attend
 the conference, and write a short article for the Winter 2019 3RT 
Newsletter.</i> The winner will pay for the registration and be reimbursed 
by 3RT upon submitting proof of conference registration. <br></div><div><br></div><div>
