[Three Rivers TESOL] Join the 3RT Board

Dear 3RT members,

According to the constitution, the following board positions are open for
election at the Spring Seminar:

1. President

The President shall preside at all meetings, appoint such committees as the
Executive Board authorizes, and assume general responsibility for
conducting the business of the Association. The President shall be
principally responsible for making all arrangements in connection with the
programs to be held by the Association and shall serve as a liaison officer
to keep the Association and TESOL mutually informed.

The President’s term is one year. After, s/he will become the
Past-President to keep serving the board for another year.

2. Vice-President

The Vice-President shall preside in the absence of the President and
generally assist the President in the execution of business, especially
program arrangements.

The Vice-President’s term is one year. After, s/he will become the
President and Past-President to keep serving the board for another two
years.

3. Treasure

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the financial affairs of the
organization, including collection of annual membership dues, payment of
all bills, and preparation of financial reports.

Treasure serves the board for two years.

4. Webmaster

The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining the Association's website in
consultation with the other members of the Executive Board.

Webmaster serves the board for two years.

statement to be included in the voting system. Please email the statement
to me (president at threeriverstesol.org) by 3/18 midnight. Thank you.
